Ashley started with the company in 2006, filing reports and performing entry-level tasks, but as she worked she began taking on the projects she thought were overlooked. Now, as marketing manager, she has worked with an ad agency to develop the company logo, mission statement, brochures and website while keeping tabs on the various products to see where the company is successful and where there are opportunities for expansion.
